English Fun Day was split into three parts:
1) Booth Games
We had ten different English booth games and 8 riddles. Each tested a different topic in English and challenged students to do fun tasks for stamps. The more stamps, the more prizes they could win later on.
2) 30-Second Challenge
This is a speed reading challenge where the student who can read the most high frequency words in English, wins a medal and certificate (with smaller prizes for runners-up).
3) English Book Quiz
Different year groups were assigned famous English stories. Students watched a short film describing key scenes in the books and then completed the quiz.
